Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and your message.
  • Supplier application: your company’s details (name, address, size, revenue, certifications, facilities, industries, products and competencies), the name, title, email address and phone number of the contact person, your comments and any documents you upload (such as a catalogue or company profile).
  • Emails and calls you send us, and the information in them.

Information collected automatically

  • Form security: when you send a form, we record the date, your IP address and your browser type to protect our forms from spam and abuse.
  • Server logs: like every website, our server records the IP address of each visit, the page requested, the date and time and your browser type. We use these only for security and to fix problems.
  • Analytics, only if you accept: if you click “Accept” in our cookie banner, Google Analytics records how you use the site (pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device type). If you decline, it is never loaded.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health or government ID information through this website, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
